Only way to be the champion Brazil in 2014

I confess to having trouble with the word "bet " . All meanings it bother me . The most common meaning implies gain or lose money. Or if you bet on a horse or a certainty. When you bet - with a friend or an addiction - could risk muitser freer and delusional when desired. We may be utopian . In the year 2014, election and world soccer Cup , our desires are , more than any trophy, our votes . Votes in the ballot box and a fixed idea : a more educated , healthier , more  great society. Money or reputation. Sometimes both.
Prefer wishes to bets . We , more ethical and less violent .

1. The next president to hear the voice of the streets and , before investing $ 4.5 billion in Swedish  fighters because not war in Brasil, choose your priorities emergency , including the Health care , preventing patients die in line of the street or surgery , for negligence and omission.

2 . That the next president understands the term " urban mobility " and instead of flooding the streets of private cars , trains and invest in quality public transportation , with real integration between bus stations, airports , subways and buses . Also invest in highways safer because our roads today are fifth category.

3 . That the next president , aware that almost 40 % of Brazilian households are now headed by women , invest in a national child care policy , in quantity and quality , allowing us to reconcile with a minimum of calm and competence of our functions working mother .

4 . The next president remunerate right teachers and increase the workload of the schools in Brazil , elementary school to universities , so that children and adolescents do not get only five hours a day in educational institutions while parents work full time .

5 . The next president attack the deep deficit facing public housing , sparing the Brazilian families living in shacks and slums unworthily no sewage , no safety or sanitation, with danger of collapsing or risk of tuberculosis , with the elite areas in major centers in urban or remote and abandoned corners .

6 . That the next president has ethics, determination, support and sufficient to take the Brazilian policy of that swamp of corruption and moral privileges , ending  big salary and one of the most expensive and least effective Congresses in the world. What are exemplarily punished all who take particular advantage of their public office .

7 . That the next president will help states to have a consistent security policy . We have seen only isolated and creative initiatives , such as the UPP in Rio without massive contrast of public and social services , they end torpedoed by bandits with and without uniform. The risk is to live , increasingly , in cities without law , where it runs the risk of being robbed and killed while walking on the street, going to the beach , catch a bus , eating in a restaurant , taking money in a bank ATM , get your garage or stop in traffic .

8 . That the next president take seriously the environment and waste disposal with education campaigns . And not only multiwindow but hold criminals speculators that destroy our parks , lagoons , beaches and reserves .
9. The next president to reveal population as taxes are spent in a country where tax collection breaks records . And what taxes are processed for the benefit of taxpayers.

10 . That the next president will not hide inflation rates and do not lie about the real state of Brazil's economy .

Then yes , Brazil was champion in 2014 .
