Being kind is.... or individualistic option each one

One of goodness is synonymous with humanity. In essence, goodness and kindness are the recognition of the fact that we are all human, the recognition that we are together. 

"Much of what makes life worth living depends on at least some of us are altruistic and again, "We can not face problems like global climate change, the spread of diseases and global violence by appealing only to individualism."

The good news is that it's easy to learn to be gentle.

 "Just practice more acts of kindness than we are accustomed to, and regularly;  five acts of kindness every Monday,

Gentleness is therefore only a matter of choice:

 it's an attitude we adopt and that can make a difference, however small, in the lives of others. 

Ours believes that kindness has to start from within. 

"Sometimes we move away from each other in order to feel safer, but it also isolates us from the rest of the world,

"All great religions have love as a universal principle.

 The kindness brings love to a more affordable level and suit, with which most feel at ease. 

Doing good to others is to recognize that all around us are like us. "

How to be kind and selfless 

(Tips) 

• Buy a bag of peanuts or some chocolates at the grocery store and give them to a homeless person. 

• Visit a nursing home and spend an hour playing cards with someone who does not receive many visitors. 

• Charge the heavy suitcase from someone who seems to be trying very hard to drag it. 

• Buy scratch cards and distribute them for free and unexpectedly. 

• On the subway or bus, offer your seat to another person, even someone younger or in better physical condition you. 

• Prepare a dinner for a friend who is struggling. 

Children and kindness 

Young children tend to show kindness even before they develop language, according to a 2006 study published in the journal Science.

 Children 2 years catch objects that adults drop down to return them, but only if the child find that the object was not played on purpose.
