The breakfast is really the most important meal of the day? If so, why? 


All meals are important, but the breakfast deserves special attention because it is the first meal of the day after a long period of fasting.

 At this moment need vitamins and minerals in good qualidaede and food energy is not coming to increase the cortisol, the stress hormone.

 Cortisol is a hormone that  increases body fat. Which is to say, going without breakfast, fattening. 

- What are the health hazards when the person does not have the habit of having breakfast? 

According to the European Food Information Concil, consumption of breakfast has a significant effect on appetite and amount of ingested energy as well as the metabolic and hormonal foods consumed throughout the day answers.

Furthermore, the omission of breakfast causes insulin resistance, since higher levels of glucose and insulin are released after the consumption of breakfast in the morning. 

This has the effect of increased body fat because insulin is a hormone that when released in large quantities, increase abdominal fat. The Lipo body releases the enzyme lipase (LPL) that facilitates storing of excess energy as fat and blocks utilization of fat as an energy source. 

- What's the ideal breakfast should have? 

The breakfast is not necessarily a great meal, but a lot of nutrients can stimulate the metabolism and provide nutrients to the various specific functions of time. 


1 serving of fruit 

1 or 2 servings of whole carbohydrate 

1 portion of protein 

1 part fat good quality 


Ex: 1 fruit or glass of juice 

1 omelette or 1 cup of milk or 1 slice of white cheese or tofu 

1 or 2 slices of whole wheat bread or cake made with whole wheat flour 

In this case it need not fat because the egg already contains 


Fruits: natural, beat with milk or juice for children or mixed with cereals. 


Protein: cottage or ricotta cream, butter or light cream vegetable 

Eggs or milk: omelet light and 1 egg yolk, cheese or yogurt or tofu 


Bread: any kind, especially with whole wheat flour or quinoa flour or chia flour, flaxseed, green banana, etc. 

Cereal - flakes quinoa, amaranth flakes, linseed, sesame, sunflower are great for a good functioning of the body 

Jellies with no sugar and no sweetener, honey or molasses 


Fat good quality: nuts, flaxseed oil, olive oil, avocado oil 


Ideal example of Menu: 

1 glass of fruit juice (green juice) with fiber (passion fruit flour) 

Integral toast (the first ingredente on the label should be whole wheat flour) with oil and chopped avocado tomte in the oven 

1 omelet clear with white cheese
