Big names in art are also part of this collection as: El Greco, Manet, Renoir, Monet, Degas, Cézanne, Gauguin, Van Gogh, Juan Gris, Picasso and Georges-Pierre Seurat. For anyone who is a fan of Chinese, Japanese and Indian art there are also several rooms on the theme at the museum.

Visit the Art Institute is a way for you to put a little foot in the other continents without leaving the USA. I managed to kill a bit of nostalgia for the Picasso;)

One of the activities that most caught my attention was focused programming for families. And who said that a stroll through a museum needs to be monotonous and uninteresting to children?

Therefore, the Art Institute launched a program designed just for kids. To participate in these activities, you need to consult the calendar and fill out a prior registration via this link. The activities are organized according to the age of the children, ranging from workshops and tours full of pranks to artistic activities where children put their hands dirty, literally.

Even teenagers are not left out of this program. One of the suggested activities include a tour of several galleries where they will learn about the various types of painting techniques and then head to a studio where they will work with these traditional techniques and digital paintings.
