Brazil minister quits, urges Rousseff to 'restore confidence'

 A Brazilian minister resigned on Tuesday and urged leftist President Dilma Rousseff to appoint an "independent" new economic team to "restore confidence and credibility" among investors, in an unusual public critique from an ally.
