That we are bowled over

We grow in truth only when our route leaves the trail and thus frustrate our narrative of personal growth.

All of us touched by the simple lifestyle network, will probably share the same motivation: to be happy and help people. But with that happiness? Marriage, travel, funded apartment, beautiful ideas about life ... That's it?

Could aspire to the stability of our inner world independent of external factors, the wisdom to recognize the reality beyond our games and commentary, by compassion can benefit anyone who approach us ... We are very little daring. Mal were born and already cluttered task, almost no time to dream who can, in fact, be much less   targeting up there. And when we dream, we do not have time to dedicate ourselves, to practice.

We give such a inferiorizante look at ourselves because we are all the time being accountable to past selves, linking our development to a story well sewn, the novels tell ourselves before bed and upon waking.

The very feeling of "I" appears inseparable from a narrative view of life, as if everything just happened causal and consistent manner, which makes us imagine any human or spiritual transformation as a kind of epic of self in becoming a "superego "turbinado, built on a heroic journey, full of brilliant insights and stories crossed. (Although I will talk about how we think that being happy is nearing end of life and tell a beautiful story).

More than celebrating the accomplishments of 2013, I want to open space not to identify myself with both mental contents and personal stories. Instead of filling me last, just as I estufo food on Christmas, I put on the table all the experiences and release them all at once: "That's right I'm not."

That our planning goes wrong. That 2014 is chaotic to the point of getting out of control. We do not have time to solve each draminha. We follow empty and unprepared ¿just like in life spans. Our little corner that no remains locked, hidden reality. You and I give up soon to better ourselves, to the terse, to learn new tricks to look like a better person. We replace a thousand reasons to rejoice at wide smile that needs no reason. The transformation to be the root, dissolving the self-centeredness with powerful methods until no one left not blocking the sky. That we are bowled over by beings from deep look and awakened heart.
