Go to prison or remain confined at home with others during the covid-19 pandemic?

In the United Kingdom, a fugitive criminal decided to surrender to the police to finally be "at peace and quiet".

The episode took place on Wednesday (17) in the West Sussex region of the south of the country, and was released by a police officer.

It was 5:00 pm (2:00 pm Brasília time) at the Burgess Hill Police Station, a town with about 30,000 inhabitants 60 kilometers from London, when a man entered and addressed the officers on duty.
