History never repeats itself, but it rhymes.

 Other great thinkers have discoursed on the subject of historical recurrence, like Machiavelli, Nietzsche and Durkheim.

 Some events, but even that is repeated in another context, will never happen the same way for several reasons.

The last prisoners to leave the Carandiru 

On 15th September 2002, the last 76 inmates deixaram forever House Arrest Sao Paulo conhecida as complex Carandiru.

 The place was considered um example of the deterioration of the São Paulo prison system, with overcrowding, constant leaks, rebeliões bloody - most of them em 1992 conhecida as the Massacre of Carandiru, uma ação police that left more than 400 dead inmates. 

The study for disabling prison in 80 years, but was only in 2001 that the member state House Arrest stopped receive new inmates.

 

On 8th December 2002, the building ceased to exist after 46 years of operation, with the implosion of the complex using 250 pounds of explosives.

 Em 7 seconds, Carandiru sank forever and was built on the site of the Youth Park.
