Want to reduce grocery bills?

The best way to save is to do some planning before you go to the supermarket.

You find it hard to put this into practice? Here are 4 tips that I learned in the book Secret Tips, and adopted a few months at home.

 Are working!

Prepare weekly menus.

If you plan your meals a week and make a shopping list according to the menu, will be less likely to make impulse purchases when entering the supermarket.

Decide in advance what they will buy and stick to the list.

Whenever I hear the voice of my wife  saying, "Focus, focus" If you need to stop by at a supermarket to buy an item which you have forgotten, use a basket.

It's easy to start adding extras to a cart.

Search online.

Another way to cut grocery costs can be purchase over the Internet.

Prices in general are smaller and it's easier to stick to the list.

But remember to consider delivery fee.

Buy in quantity.

Buy in quantity at the supermarket is generally cheaper.

It is excellent for articles that can be stored, such as pasta and rice, but you need space to store them.

If you do not have much space or is attracted by the savings from buying in quantity of perishable items like cheese or meat, how about buying with their parents or friends and share purchases?

Keep an eye on the box.

You may find that the modern optical systems of supermarkets are infallible.

But studies show that discrepancies between the price tag and the price recorded occur in about 5% of all transactions with cash register.

So watch the account carefully and complain if it encounters an error.

If you have labels marking different prices, demand to be charged the cheapest.
