Bolivia decrees health emergency and coronavirus curfew

The Bolivia declared late on Tuesday, 17 health emergency and a curfew twelve hours, until March 31, to face the pandemic of the new coronavirus , informed the Minister of the Presidency, Yerko Núñez.
"This supreme decree declares a national health emergency and quarantine throughout the Bolivian territory against the coronavirus epidemic," Núñez announced at a news conference.

"This supreme decree declares a national health emergency and quarantine throughout the Bolivian territory against the coronavirus epidemic," Núñez announced at a news conference.
The package calls for the closure of borders for foreign citizens as of Thursday and, the following day, the suspension of all international flights.
"In 48 hours, all Bolivian borders will be closed to foreign citizens," said the interim president in a press release, explaining that only nationals will be able to enter, being subjected to medical checks.
